Cancellations ; All cancellations must be made in writing or by email as soon as possible . If a cancellation is made less than six weeks before the start of the holiday a refund will be made less £50 for administration fees .There will be a Damage Waiver deposit of £50 required when the full balance is due ,this will be returned to you one week after your holiday as long as the cleaner reports the caravan has been left in a clean and fit state. . Please note that the deposit paid to secure any holiday is Non Refundable.
Holiday Insurance is not included in the price of your holiday.
The Caravan may be occupied from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure . Please leave the caravan in a clean and fit state . If for any reason the caravan is made ready before 4.00 pm I will email you to let you know the caravan is ready . Please do Not arrive early unless you have an email . Thank you
Dogs are most welcome though no more than two in the caravan at any time please . Please leave no trace of dogs at the end of your holiday and all outside areas are to be checked and any deposits picked up.
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the caravan , this includes all e cigarettes and vaping in any form . Please use the churn provided outside for any cigarette butts and clean up any cigarette ash . Thank you .
The caravan specifies the maximum number of occupants and must be strictly adhered to . The person booking the holiday is solely responsible for all members of the party .
Please replace any breakages and inform us of any damage done .
Please ensure keys are returned to the keysafe after your Holiday .
